Nonprofits and community: a site volunteers run, giving in one tap
Ministries, leagues, associations and local organizations. We build the website a volunteer can update, online giving and dues, the member directory, and event and league registration that fills the roster without a spreadsheet.

Sound familiar?
The website was built by a member who moved away, and nobody has the password.
Giving means a check in the mail, or a payment-app link with the wrong name on it.
Registration for the season is a form, a spreadsheet, and a treasurer chasing forty payments.
Members cannot find each other, so the same three people do everything.
One fix for each of those.
A site volunteers can update
Pages, events and announcements edited from a phone. Roles, so the new volunteer cannot break the homepage.
How we build it 02Online giving and dues
One-time and recurring gifts through Stripe, receipts sent automatically, dues that renew themselves.
How we build it 03Member directory
Members claim their profile, choose what is visible, and find each other by role, group or neighborhood.
How we build it 04Event and league registration
Sign up, pay, get the schedule. Rosters, rotations and live scoring for the leagues that need them.
How we build itBuilt for nonprofits and community.
Real work, live today. Every card opens the case study.
What nonprofits and community owners ask us.
Can a volunteer with no technical background run the site?
Yes. Editing happens in plain forms on a phone, not in code. Each volunteer gets a role, so the person who posts events cannot change the giving page by accident.
How does online giving work, and what does it cost?
Gifts run through Stripe, one-time or monthly, with receipts sent automatically. Stripe charges its per-transaction fee. We do not take a percentage of gifts.
Can members keep their information private?
Each member chooses what appears in the directory. Nothing is visible without sign-in, and the database enforces that a member can only edit their own record.
Do you build league and tournament tools?
Yes. We run a free round robin tool for pickleball organizers and a live presence app in both app stores, and we build registration, rosters and scoring for leagues of any sport.
We have almost no budget. Where do we start?
The smallest version: a site you can update and a giving page, live in the first week. The directory and registration come when the first season or campaign needs them.
